I had made arrangement to meet with tony to test drive another vehicle that day. When I arrived at the dealership there was a Lincoln mkx available I was so surprised and very happy we have test drive it and went thru the history of vehicle. His garage even went thru the whole vehicle. we fill out all paperwork, got me approved for a loan and I am now a proud owner of a Lincoln mkx. From our first interaction with Paul, he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. At no time during our experience did Paul make my wife or myself feel pressured, rushed or trapped, the interaction was relaxed and easygoing. Paul’s knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, he was able to answer every question I had with expertise. Paul was straightforward and transparent when negotiating the purchase price, financing and any repairs I requested. Paul spent the time to go over each line item with us so we understood every detail of the transaction. I value Paul as a person of integrity and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. I would also like to write about Tony Petrone Jr., Tony is one of the brothers who owns International Motor Group. When my wife and I entered the facility with Paul, Tony made it a point to introduce himself and welcome us. After Paul and I negotiated the price and filed for the financing, it was Tony who helped draw up the contract. Tony also went through each line item and presented different financing options for me, going through them multiple times as we changed the terms and items. His best interest was… what was good for me, and what I was comfortable with, not what was good for his pocket. I have heard this was a quality place from multiple people and now understand how they have lasted for 30 plus years. At the time they had two vehicles I loved, a MB ML350 and a Lexus RX 350, but we weren't ready. There was absolutely no pressure and we were treated with kindness and respect first by Paul Knutton and ultimately with Tony Petrone for financing.. When we left the office, we vowed, when we were ready, we would return. Well, we did, one year later and I am ecstatic. International Motor Group again had what I was looking for, a Lexus RX 350, in bronze. Although not a brand new car, it was gorgeous and we purchased it!
