Walking into this place is like walking into a den of vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He did not honor the price of a new vehicle in vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He did not honor the price of a new vehicle in spite of consumer protection laws against deceptive advertising. He claimed he knows the law but that's laughable especially since he tried to charge me a doc fee when the dealers website says that the doc fee was included in the sales price. He doesn't even know what is on their own website, so you expect me to believe you know consumer laws? I'm still shaking my head at this guy lol. Very unprofessional for a sales manager. Not only did they lose out on a new car sale they also lost a customer who got his own Hyundai serviced at this dealership. I would stay as far away from this dealership as you can. Based on their reviews I should have as well. More

The dealership was awesome. They understood what vehicle we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. Mike Brim worked with us to get the best deal, which they did. I went to other dealerships and they were pushy and never gave us the deal that Mike and team did for us. There was no back and forth like the other dealerships. Straight forward and we left with the care that we liked and wanted. The team even stayed late to make sure we left happy with our purchase. I recommend McDonough Hyundai and Mike Brim to everyone if they are searching for the right ne vehicle and a great team to work with. More
