The sales rep Anthony was professional, I had a letter sent to me stating a check of what they were going to give me for my vehicle and the cost of a trade-in when I went there it was a total different st sent to me stating a check of what they were going to give me for my vehicle and the cost of a trade-in when I went there it was a total different story. The manager never came out to talk to me and just told the salesman to give me my keys to my car back and that they couldn’t do a deal with me very unprofessional. More

My Salesman Tony was amazing, the sales manager and the business manager were also amazing! I arrived a little late and everyone stayed until past 10:30 pm to help me out. As soon as I pull in, the service personnel greet me with a friendly smile. They greet me at my car door, check me in and out, and always ask if I want something to drink or snack on. The service Technician a friendly smile. They greet me at my car door, check me in and out, and always ask if I want something to drink or snack on. The service Technician always takes my car and starts working on it immediately. The lounge area is always clean, as are the facilities, the coffee station is fantastic; and the wait onsite is fantastic. The service crew makes you feel fantastic. We spent five hours at the dealership. Excessive amount of time spent between the sales person,, and the general sales manager. Confusion with the sales contract, even though we negotiated Excessive amount of time spent between the sales person,, and the general sales manager. Confusion with the sales contract, even though we negotiated the price prior to going to the dealership. Tony, the salesman, was extremely helpful and explained the different functions of the car and he set up our Bluetooth phones. I highly recommend him to future customers. More
