Disappointed in the way our tire problem was handled on our car we purchased there. We also took out the extra warranty insurance in case a problem like this came up. I had a 10:45 appointment scheduled for an alignment. My car was pulled until an hour later. 2 hours later I was told they couldn’t do the work because I needed new tires.
