Tony was knowledgeable, efficient, and listened to my needs. I felt no pressure to buy and was supplied the necessary information I needed to make a informed decision. What stood out about Tony was the continued follow up to ensure I was happy with my new Ford Edge and if I needed any assistance with navigating the new car and options. With all the new technology I definitely required additional help, however, Tony was there via, text, phone, and in person to ensure everything was working appropriate and to ensure I was orientated to all the new options and how to use them. He never once made me feel that I was inconveniencing him, although I definitely required additional help beyond what others would need. Justin also made the contract signing and buying process simple and fast. More

Couldn’t have asked for. Better experience I have purchased multiple new vehicles in the last 18 years and all were always very stressful and exhausting until I met met my sales rep Tony. He is I have purchased multiple new vehicles in the last 18 years and all were always very stressful and exhausting until I met met my sales rep Tony. He is absolutely without a doubt the BEST sales rep I've ever met. His approach and manner of the car buying experience is very stress free, no pressure and allows me to take my time, think everything through to be sure I'm making the right decision for me and my family. There are no pressure tactics and the typical back and fourth of pricing etc.. just doesn't exists. Tony asks questions about what I'm looking for, features and financial comfort level regarding monthly payments and total purchase price. Tony is very knowledgeable of the Ford vehicles on the lot and I never once ever felt he was trying to push any vehicle purchase on to me. I was free to make my choice and take as long as I need. That is something of great value as a customer. That's just a small example of why I will keep coming back to Sunset Ford. More

2018 Ford Raptor I was in he market for a Ford Raptor, I had my 2015 ford F150 Platinum in for service at Sunset Ford and I inquired online about a few 2018 Raptors su I was in he market for a Ford Raptor, I had my 2015 ford F150 Platinum in for service at Sunset Ford and I inquired online about a few 2018 Raptors sunset had in stock. I received a call From Ryan Bladdick from the Sunset Ford Sales team. Ryan gave me all of the information I was looking for and he had my truck appraised for a trade in. I came to the dealership to look at the Raptors and was helped by Ryan and Tony Pizella. Neither one of these gentlemen made me feel pressured and I went home and thought about the purchase for a few days and then came back and made the deal. Thank you Ryan and Tony. More
