Sydney has been great throughout this little mess, and shame on me for not more firmly addressing the problem much sooner, but the fact that these damages made it past the "multi-point inspection" process shame on me for not more firmly addressing the problem much sooner, but the fact that these damages made it past the "multi-point inspection" process does not instill confidence in that inspection. The dealer's failure to address all pre-existing damages while fixing 75% is a little baffling, but I suspect they tucked what they could under a warranty claim and left me holding the bag on the rest. More

Excellent front end service and been using them for a few years, never had an issue at all. I work crazy hours and they always accomodate me. These days the oil change industry is riddled with complacency an years, never had an issue at all. I work crazy hours and they always accomodate me. These days the oil change industry is riddled with complacency and incompetence but you won't find that at NWChevy! I was however disappointed with their tire supplier's selection. I couldnt find all season tires for my camaro SS at the dealership and ended up going to Les Schwab. Probably not an issue anyone else would run into I'm guessing. More

I was in for a simple oil change, first appointment of the day. It took TWO HOURS! They didn't reset the notification, so I had to look it up and do it myself and they didn't calibrate the tires after rot the day. It took TWO HOURS! They didn't reset the notification, so I had to look it up and do it myself and they didn't calibrate the tires after rotating them so the instant I got on the freeway my car said tire pressure is low! So I had to do the calibration myself too.
