I took my car for a check light engine. My car was at the dealership to fix fuel injectors. They called my warranty for coverage and it took them one month to send information about injecto My car was at the dealership to fix fuel injectors. They called my warranty for coverage and it took them one month to send information about injectors not working properly. It ended up that at the end the dealership said that there was after market injectors and mopar injectors and they didnt know how that happend. My warranty did not cover any injectors, the dealership said they were not going to he responsible for it and Of course this this is only dealership that ive been taking my car to get things fixed, so they are the only ones that did this, but of course they said this was imposible. After a month later I got my car back still with the check light engine on. It was just a waste of time and my money. I do not recommend this place at all! More

We recently brought one of our company fleet vehicles in for a check engine light and recalls. We were informed of the issues being resolved as well as having a 15 point inspection. When we arrived we sto for a check engine light and recalls. We were informed of the issues being resolved as well as having a 15 point inspection. When we arrived we stood at the counter and was ignored by all at the counter, some messing around on their cell phones. We had to get their attention. We were given our key and told that our truck was somewhere out in the lot and we can go find it. Upon picking up the truck our driver noticed the service engine soon notification on the dash. We had to have the oil changed ourselves. I tried reaching the service manager but he's in a "meeting". What a poor experience. Zero customer service. More
