Paul really understands the customer, he is friendly very knowledgable, and works with you. Its like you are buying from family. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. There is no strong arming you into buying a car. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend the dealership as well as buying a Toyota. It has made my wife and I a believer. What a great team from the beginning of the sale to riding off the lot ! More

Our sales consultant was Mr Jacob Dank who made the whole experience of buying a car a pleasure. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably and even recommended a local insurance agent who was able to provide coverage the same day, so my daughter could drive the car home. I will definitely recommend Conicelli and especially Jacob to my other children, family and friends. He gets a five star rating from us. More

Never thought I would lease! I went to Conicelli with an exact vehicle, trim and options in mind and not a lot of wiggle room. I was prepared to have to place a special order to g I went to Conicelli with an exact vehicle, trim and options in mind and not a lot of wiggle room. I was prepared to have to place a special order to get what I wanted, unaware of the resources Conicelli could call up. My greatest fortune, however, was not the vast inventory they brought to the table, but the luck of the draw that gave me Jacob Dank as my sales consultant. Jacob found a vehicle with all of my 'have-to-haves' and was able to have it on their lot in 2 days time. Before all of that could happen though, we had to figure out if I could afford it. The traditional options for purchase were computed with a couple of variables to compare and it was looking do-able but tight. Jacob then recommended something that I never thought was for me: leasing, which dramatically reduced the down payment as well as the monthly payments. As a result, I am driving a 2014 FJ Cruiser and couldn't be happier. The lease terms are so attractive that at the end I can buy this well-kept 3 year old for much less than they are selling for today. Aside from just doing the right thing for me financially, which was huge, Jacob was patient with my endless stream of questions and was always able to find a satisfactory answer. He also took the time to get me started with customizing the Bluetooth and radio features. I am not a demonstrative person, especially in a car buying situation - I think Jacob was beginning to despair of ever seeing me smile. I am smiling now, Jacob! More

From start to finish, the sales consultant (John Sabatino) and his sales manager (Casey Cooney) made my wife and I feel respected and comfortable during our search for a new Toyota to lease. Constantly attentive and thoughtful listeners, they each heard and responded to our ideas and concerns regarding both our choice of vehicle and its financing. Having thoroughly explained all options, they took care to ensure we made the right choice for our specific situation. Once we made our selection, the finance manager (Tony Soto) took care of us in a manner equally friendly and efficient. I could break down why we were happy with each interaction we had with these gentlemen and with each phase of the leasing process at Conicelli, but the simple fact of our exuberant satisfaction should suffice as a testament to this dealership's quality. In short, our experience with John, Casey, and Tony rendered what can be a stressful situation rather pleasant, and ensured that we will both return to Conicelli Toyota ourselves and recommend the dealership to our friends and family. More

We had pretty much already decided we wanted a Prius before arriving at the dealership. Otherwise, I'm sure we would not have ended up buying from this dealership. Our salesman, Olly Ohaemesi, was OK before arriving at the dealership. Otherwise, I'm sure we would not have ended up buying from this dealership. Our salesman, Olly Ohaemesi, was OK at first, but when I refused one of the optional add-on purchases, he became quite condescending. When telling me about the customer survey I would be receiving (but still haven't received), he was very pushy and adamant that I give him only excellent ratings in every category or he would lose his job. What is the point of having a feedback system if customers are coerced into giving only excellent ratings? We had heated seats added to the car, and the information we were given about where to take the car for this service was confusing. I ended up in the wrong place initially, and they ended up not being able to provide me with a rental car as I had been promised. The seat heaters aren't working properly, so I called the main number to find out who to talk with about the problem. The woman I spoke with said I needed to speak with Jon, who was unavailable so she would transfer me to his voice mail. Not surprisingly, based on my experiences so far, she transferred me to the wrong voice mail, and when I called back I was transferred to the wrong John, who was finally able to connect me with the right Jon's voice mail. Not every interaction has been negative--a man named Dominic kindly gave me a ride from the wrong service center I ended up at initially to the rental place where I was ultimately unable to get a rental, and the woman at the rental place drove me to the correct service center where I was able to get a ride home from a very kind young man whose name I did not catch. All three of these people were understanding of my frustration and tried to compensate for the difficulties I was having. Also, the financing guy, Tony Soto, was kind, thorough, and an effective communicator, whose detailed, but not pushy, explanation of the extended warranty options resulted in our purchasing one. Overall, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating car buying experience. I would not recommend this dealership, and I dread having to pursue getting the seat heaters fixed or even getting scheduled maintenance done in an efficient and hassle-free manner. More
