We’ve had to go over the invoice multiple times. At least the last 3-4 services for random charges. The additional work was never done. We had to bring it in another time to get it done and left it all day. When we went to pick it up, the issue was not resolved and we were told it will be a later software update. We’ve spent a lot of time and money at this dealership. We would appreciate better service. My first service was not preformed correctly Told I would receive a credit to do it at 5k. The service manager that told me that didn’t work there anymore and had no record of it. Only changed the oil would receive a credit to do it at 5k. The service manager that told me that didn’t work there anymore and had no record of it. Typically my experience with the service department has been great, however this last time I asked for my truck to be washed and it wasn’t with no explanation.
