They never made me feel that I was being trivial or picky because I wanted the door to open and close as easily as the other door. When after two trips they could not get it working properly they have arranged to take it it to the body shop to get it fixed for me. They have agreed to provide a loaner car for me since I cannot be without a vehicle. More
