She never became overwhelmed or grew tired of assisting me. She took the time to think outside the box and displayed that she wanted to ensure I loved my vehicle before driving off the lot. That is true customer satisfaction. I haven't had my car serviced at this particular location in a while BUT when I saw all the familiar faces and they remembered me....!!!!! it put a warm feeling in the air and I felt valued. I will always recommend others to this location. The atmosphere is ALWAYS clean, it's inviting and everyone works as a team. THank you for making my day special. Tori explained everything little detail and features on the Sentra SR we purchased. She knew we hadnt purchased a car in over 10 years and we didnt know all the new features. Tori listened and knew exactly what payment we wanted and got exactly what we wanted and the price. She also went above and beyond to get the car transferred to us before they closed for the weekend. She even had to work over and didnt complain once about having to stay over. We highly recommend Tori and I will be back to purchase my next vechile. Thank you again Tori, you did amazing. Arisha helped alot with the negotiating of the price and monthly payment. She was patient with us as well. She was with us every step of the way and check on us as the process went along. She kept us updated as we waited for the car to be delivered and inspected. She also getting our car a detail since they wasnt able to give it a full detail due to the weather. Another great car buying experience!! Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you're on a budget like I am. Even if it is not your first new car purchase. I had purchased a new car in May 2018 from Tori and had an absolutely superb buying experience then. Once again, Tori made everything so easy and kept the whole experience very low key and stress-free, even when it was late when I arrived and left. I don't think I've ever laughed as I did with her while ever buying a car before, even with the last purchase I made with her! Once I went to complete the finance part of the evening, I was sat down in front of Joel, who was another great person to deal with and super easy to talk to. There were some issues that I battled during this process, but Tori and Joel both went out of their way to get me all of the information and help I needed to make the decisions I needed to complete the purchase and drive away in my new car! More

Tori Andrews (Nissan Specialist) was an excellent representative of the brand, as she was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I went back and forth over multiple items to consider for the purchase. She never tried to "sell" me too hard, but rather lead me to the right vehicle for my needs and wants. I was checked on by multiple people throughout the interaction, including the General Manager, Mike Castro. I was also fortunate enough to reconnect with an old familiar face from college during the finance portion of the experience, F&I Manager Joel Marks. The whole experience was seamless, relatively quick, and very comfortable. I'm completely satisfied with the experience and the purchase. If not for having a local mechanic (Newton is about an hour from where I live), I would bring my vehicle back for service often. I'll probably only bring it back when there's something my local mechanic doesn't want to tackle. More
