Unexpectedly amazing buying experience!! I stopped by Newton Nissan South in Shelbyville for an appointment with Tori Andrews to check my options of obtaining a new vehicle. My credit is not I stopped by Newton Nissan South in Shelbyville for an appointment with Tori Andrews to check my options of obtaining a new vehicle. My credit is not the best, so I wanted to find out as much as possible. It was later in the day on a Thursday afternoon and I honestly expected to be rushed through everything. Tori took the time and discussed every aspect of trade in value of my current car, worked on keeping as close to my budget as possible, and offered professional and personal advice that helped me with my buying experience. After a test drive and signing of the paperwork, she walked me through the dealership, showing me the different locations, such as the parts counter, lounge area, and the gentlemen that I would talk to when bringing my car in for any type of work. Even, when preparing to leave, at almost 7 pm, everyone at the dealership was so helpful and friendly, I would recommend everyone looking for a new vehicle to them! I was unable to use my old car as a trade-in and didn't have anyone to drive it home, so Tori offered to drive the car for me, so I wouldn't have to make a trip back into town with someone else! That is going way above and beyond what is expected and that makes her more than just the average employee. She is absolutely amazing and I will continue to purchase cars in the future from her as long as she continues to work with Newton Nissan South!! More

We are not the easiest people to please (having different likes between us to begin with), but he worked with us until we had something that worked for us.
