Professional, knowledgeable and honest This dealership was able to get me in for new tires right away that I desperately needed. My husband shopped around to many different shops that spec This dealership was able to get me in for new tires right away that I desperately needed. My husband shopped around to many different shops that specialized in tires and not only did the dealership have the best prices, they had the tires we wanted in stock so that I could come in right away. I had to wait so it was very nice that the work was completely a few minutes earlier that I had originally expected. It was just overall great service!! More

Lack of concern for customer My wife and I waited for over an hour just to get the vehicle checked in. It wasn't until I went in to the office and complained that anyone paid att My wife and I waited for over an hour just to get the vehicle checked in. It wasn't until I went in to the office and complained that anyone paid attention. Then It still took them another 20s min. to get the car checked in. When the car was serviced, I was called at home to let me know the car needed a brake job. My wife was sitting in there waiting room but apparently one person doesn't take to the other so they called me at home. Here we have a new car with around four thousand miles on it and my wife is told there would be a charge. I had already made sure everything was under warranty. Again the right hand isn't talking to the left or someone is trying to cheat a lady waiting in the service dept. The entire experience makes me wonder if the work done in service is as bad as the people talking with the customer?? More

No Covid19 Protection for Customers I was very disappointed when I brought my car in for service and was forced to deal with multiple employees not wearing masks in very close quarters i I was very disappointed when I brought my car in for service and was forced to deal with multiple employees not wearing masks in very close quarters indoors. This comes at the time that new Covid19 cases are surging in Hillsborough County to the point that Tampa is instituting a mandatory mask order. I had hoped that customer service would improve with the new management and at first it did, but protecting customers from the virus is certainly good customer service. Just the day before, I brought my wife's Toyota to the Brandon Toyota dealer and everyone that I dealt with wore masks. Perhaps Toyota cares more about their customers. More

Second Vist: Awesome Experience This was my second visit to the service department. I returned to have a recall service repeated. I was suprised and impressed with the first visit be This was my second visit to the service department. I returned to have a recall service repeated. I was suprised and impressed with the first visit because I've never had good service at a dealership. NEVER! I was with Chrysler previously. Just like the first visit, I was warmly greeted. My service advisor kept me updated about my vehicle and she went further by offering another service to make sure my vehicle maintains its peek performance. The biggest surprise was that the service technician himself came out to speak with me and answer all my questions. He was nice and very patient with me. I just bought my car in February and never intended on getting a Hyundai. I am convinced now that I made the best decision. More

Great service here at the Brandon Hyundai. Didn’t wait long for the oil change and had a nice waiting area in the cool air conditioning. Always prompt, professional and friendly. They corrected the problem with my car and provided a solution for me to pay for the expensive repair that had to be done. Mario is SUPER! And so is Jacob.
