Finally treated right at a dealership I had the extreme pleasure of purchasing my most recent vehicle at Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach (1220 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 3 I had the extreme pleasure of purchasing my most recent vehicle at Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach (1220 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33409). I'd been without a vehicle for a month and a half and had consulted everyone from Carvana to Offlease Only and Napleton Hyundai. The day of my purchase on 10/24/16 I even went to Napleton Hyundai first because my dream vehicle was a Hyundai Tucson they had on sale there. But after arriving and explaining my wants, limits and why I chose them I proceeded to receive some of the worst customer service I've ever had at a dealership. The people were overly aggressive and not willing to work within my limits to get the sale finalized. Then I went off to Florida Fine Cars and spoke with my salesman Courtney King about a car I'd inquired about previously. Courtney was all business and I mean that in the good way. He was quick, efficient and honest all things I appreciate. Next came his boss Torrey Lunn the Sales Mgr at Florida Fine Cars and we talked numbers, etc. I took the car for a test drive, fell in love with it and decided I'd go for it. Torrey and Courtney made me comfortable, answered all my questions and got me set up for purchase with the Finance Mgr Mohammed Al-Balushi. Mohammed processed my sale quickly and even helped me to get a extended maintenance plan at a great rate and even handled my registration. The team at Florida Fine Cars is "Top Notch" and I'm even sending family and friends there after loving my purchase with them. No pressure to buy, no dealership fees and great customer service. Not for Out-of-State Buyers My purchase of a car from VA was difficult because Florida Fine Cars did not want to accept a deposit for me to get to FL to see the car. I wasn't wil My purchase of a car from VA was difficult because Florida Fine Cars did not want to accept a deposit for me to get to FL to see the car. I wasn't willing to travel if it was not guaranteed that the car would be there the next day! Salesman Mike Butine was very persistent and helpful to get the management to accept a $1000 deposit into their bank account. It was promised to me by the manager that this deposit would be refunded to me the next business day after I purchased the car. Two weeks later, I still did not have the refund and Torrey Lunn, manager, refused to take my calls or return them. Finally, Mike Butine stepped in and got the check mailed to me. Florida Fine Cars insisted upon doing the titling and registration despite the fact that I have bought a car in FL before and did all of that work myself when I got home. This also took a lot of phone calls and I had to stay on top of the matter because two weeks later, they had not submitted the paperwork for the title! They have a dept. at the Miami location that handles it. My temporary tag expired and I was stopped by a policeman for not having registration and expired tags. I was told I was not allowed to drive the car! More calls to Miami, and a new temporary tag was mailed to me. It has now been 5 weeks since purchasing the car, and I still do not have title/registration. I could have done all of this in one day on my own in VA. I have read another review on here that also says Torrey does not return calls when a problem arises. More

Where is my Title?? We bought our car 6 weeks ago. It started with the fact that the car that was shipped WAS not the same car that we purchased. So we had to go make $30 We bought our car 6 weeks ago. It started with the fact that the car that was shipped WAS not the same car that we purchased. So we had to go make $3000 worth of improvements to fix what never should have been wrong in the first place. We kept being told by Torrey he would call us back and then started screening our calls until I used another friends phone. We were nothing but lied to about everything! Now we can't get our title! I keep calling and leaving messages everywhere and we can't get anyone to call us back. There's nothing like buying a vehicle making our monthly payments on time and having it sit in our garage because NO ONE will give us an answer or better yet get the title to the state so that we can FINALLY get our vehicle titled. Do yourself a favor and go with another dealership if you want to actually be able to drive your car!!!! More
