"ABOVE AND BEYOND MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE" My fiancé and I drove from St. Petersburg, FL to Florida Fine Cars West Palm location after seeing the car I had been shopping around for 2 weeks for My fiancé and I drove from St. Petersburg, FL to Florida Fine Cars West Palm location after seeing the car I had been shopping around for 2 weeks for and finally found it on the website. the exact color, make and model. I called and talked to a Sales Professional which was Anahel and he provided me with full detail and everything I needed to know regarding the car, such as videos and photos. It made me feel more confident about driving 3 1/2 hours to buy a car that I really wanted. Once we made it to the dealership, the experience exceeded my expectations. We were treated with so much respect and kindness and I drove off the lot with the car I went there to buy:) Red carpet treatment I might add:) Thanks to Sales Manager Torrey and Finance Manager Michael Sellitti. for getting me financed. I highly recommend this dealership to family, friends and strangers. I love my car 2013 Infiniti FX37S with very low mileage and great price. More

Avoid this dealership at all cost! The absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. I owned less than 30 days and three weeks its been at a repair facility. I am throughly disgu The absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. I owned less than 30 days and three weeks its been at a repair facility. I am throughly disgusted with Florida Fine Cars. I recently purchased a BMW 650i from them, during the test drive i noticed a tire pressure warning on the display. I have asked that this be fixed before I took possession of the car along with a few minor touch ups. When i went back 3 days later, nothing had been touched, except i had a crack in the windshield that wasn't there before and was told, "just call Safelite, your insurance will fix it." They had cleared out the iDrive warnings by disconnecting the battery so, i never saw everything during my test drive. No sound from the stereo or GPS, " oh, the Premier warranty will cover that. Wrong also! I found out the rear tires had no tread at all on the back side and paid $800 to replace. The dealership found a coolant leak $1200 (warrenty will not cover) and multiple oil leaks $3000, warrenty will not cover. Satellite Radio componet not working $1800 ( warrenty will not pay for.) And to top it off, couldn't find out which bank it was financed with, all of my paperwork says Ally Bank, but apparently they used Capital One ( i had to do my own research). No returned phone calls, hours waiting at the dealership and everytime, "i'll get back with you." The Premier Warranty is a fraud. I feel that this car is a shiny overpriced paperweight. To anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned car, AVIOD Florida Fine Cars at all cost! I made a horribe and extreamly costly mistake by going there, please dont make the same mistake. More

Review of Florida Fine Cars West Palm Beach This was the first time I ever bought a car needing financing. The Finance guy topped my credit union's rate within a few seconds. The building ca This was the first time I ever bought a car needing financing. The Finance guy topped my credit union's rate within a few seconds. The building cars were displayed was beautiful and clean. The sales manager was very helpful answering questions the sales associate could not. Young men that cleaned my car were tops and I left feeling like I had the best car on the road. Salesman are somewhat inexperienced but found answers for me. I have an issue with something on my car and the gentleman that was to fix never came in. I live in Tampa ( they were are aware of that) and drove twice to WPB never correcting the problem. Mr. Lunn scheduled me to come back on a Saturday to correct the problem. Another trip to WPB... When I finally got in the car realized I only had a quarter tank of gas. Had to ask if they could fill up. I was given approx. $10.00 in gas. No its not their problem I flew to WPB to purchase however I felt insulted . I made 2 more trips within 72 hours no fault of mine ONLY complaint . More

Very professional yet friendly. Feels like a family environment. Torrey, the sales manager, was also completly committed to help, they actually look out for you!! Their prices are pretty good. I do not have a very wide credit history and I was scared of not getting approved but their Financial Manager Mohamed is the best!! He helped me to get approved on a fair interest rate. I'm very pleased and happy and would recommend it to anyone!!! They are just awesome!! More

Over and above I can't thank George and Torrey enough for their service. They went out of their way to fix a pretty significant mechanical issue with the car that wa I can't thank George and Torrey enough for their service. They went out of their way to fix a pretty significant mechanical issue with the car that wasn't noticed until after the deal was done. This issue was not under warranty and because I bought the car "as-is", I believe any other dealership would have washed their hands of the situation. But the team at FFC truly stepped up to the plate and did the honorable thing (saving me from a $1500 repair job). I can't thank those guys enough! More
