Overall, I’ve had good experiences with Toyota service, but this visit had a few areas that could definitely be improved. The main issue was a lack of transparency around timing. I had an appointment and e but this visit had a few areas that could definitely be improved. The main issue was a lack of transparency around timing. I had an appointment and expected the service to take around 1–2 hours (as it has at other dealerships), but it ended up taking about 3.5 hours. There wasn’t clear communication on the delay, which made planning difficult. If the dealership is at capacity, it would be helpful to either communicate that upfront or limit appointments accordingly so expectations are set properly. The waiting area could also use some attention. There were multiple people playing audio out loud on their phones, and it didn’t seem like there was any effort to keep the space comfortable for everyone. On top of that, there was a very strong smell from the Subway inside the dealership that carried throughout the waiting area, which made the wait less pleasant than it needed to be. That said, I do want to recognize Francheska, who did what she could to help expedite things and was very helpful throughout the process. With better communication on timing and a more managed waiting environment, this would easily be a 5-star experience. More

Terrible there was zero communication. They lied multiple times to me. I would call and they would play the transfer game or hang up on me.
