Except for a few things, it was really good experience. I first want to say that Arian was great, and the car is running exceptionally well. I scheduled the appt with him and he got me in when I was able to make it. As for the few things... first, the odometer reading on the work order / invoice was incorrect. The vehicle odometer reading was 30, 200 when I drove in. The number on the work order was 25, 665. Almost 5,000 miles off. That needs to be corrected. Someone's either not paying attention or just lazy. Also, the front hood was not closed all the way when I received the vehicle. Not a big deal, but I shouldn't have to close the front hood after a mechanic has been working underneath. And, there was grime/grease on the inside door handle area and steering wheel when I got in the car. I know there's great care to keep shoe dirt from getting on the floor rug, but there should be even more care to keep grease/dirt/grime from ending up where the driver will be putting their hands. Would've loved to have given 5 stars, but I guess you can see why I didn't. Hoping the next appt is a little better.

Despite getting an appointment it took 4-5 hours for the
dealership to change the oil. Also, the service agent that was assigned to me was no where to be found during my scheduled time and arrived to the de
dealership to change the oil. Also, the service agent that was assigned to me was no where to be found during my scheduled time and arrived to the desk 15 mins after the scheduled time. I had also requested a car wash after the oil change which was not done when I came to pickup the car. The only thing that was good was that they offered a ride to my house via Lyft so I did not have to wait the 5 hours at the dealership.
