Terrible Customer Service I made an appointment and brought my car in for service. I waited two hours for the service rep to tell me what needed to be done - two hours before I made an appointment and brought my car in for service. I waited two hours for the service rep to tell me what needed to be done - two hours before they even looked at my car. Then it was another three hours to complete the work. Part of the work involved the brakes, for which the tires need to be removed. They had the nerve to charge me for a tire rotation, when the tires had to be removed anyway. I've had my car since 2012, and have brought it to other Toyota dealers for every scheduled service. I have never had a bad experience until now. I will find another another service place, and so should you. More

I currently own a 2012 Camry and it is my third Toyota. Good information, professional help and wonderful results. I would very much like to commend Juan Carlos Reyes who in my opinion is a high quality and hardworking employee as well as a wonderful human being. His treatment of customers is always respectful and makes it his mission to provide all the information needed for whatever service required. I have always, always received the best service from him and also witnessed from afar how well he treats all his customers. He is definitely outstanding! More

The worst service in the United States! I am a new customer with Toyota in Hollywood. After 3 years with "Nissan" I can compare and say Toyota in Hollywood have the worst customer service in I am a new customer with Toyota in Hollywood. After 3 years with "Nissan" I can compare and say Toyota in Hollywood have the worst customer service in the United States.!!! All the representative answering calls have no idea how to give proper service. I got a mail from Toyota about a "recall" on my car a week and a half ago I spoke to a representative regarding to this issue and nobody ever called me back to take care of this matter. • I also tried to purchase a bed liner for my Toyota tundra 2018 from the service department at Toyota in Hollywood, they are so unprofessional there, no one can give a clear answer regarding to the part cost and the installation cost I've been trying to get it for at least 2 weeks. Every time a representative directing my calls the different representative I have to start the conversation all over again and finally he will direct your call to a different representative. And the best part after few representative you still don't have an answer. Is a business owner I recommend to everyone do not do any business with Toyota at Hollywood because they don't deserve you as a customer!!!!! More

Horrible service department I made a service appointment on line. It was about 3 days out. I chose 11:00 on a Wednesday just for an oil change. At 12:45 I was still waiting fo I made a service appointment on line. It was about 3 days out. I chose 11:00 on a Wednesday just for an oil change. At 12:45 I was still waiting for my car. I went to Evan Kendra to check on the car, he said my car didn't even go in yet. I explained I had an 11:00 appointment and he informed me that means it just put you in line. My way of thinking you take the appointment first that is why you make it. Finally at 1:30 my car was ready. What is the use of making an appointment. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a service manager. Nobody was available so I left my name and number on voice mail. Still have not heard from him. On the bottom of the invoice states you can now make service appointment 24/7 a week.. ...........WHY BOTHER........ More
