Seeking replacement for 11 year old car needing to retire. I was greeted sincerely . I originally was expecting to purchase a used vehicle due to my budget. He met them beyond expectations! He made it possible to purchase a brand new car that met my budget. When making an important investment decision for a pertinent necessity , it is reassuring to work with someone who is willing to go the extra mile to enable the best fit for the customer. experience I arrived at 7:35am for an oil change appt. I had at 8am, I sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hours before my car was ready. The service dept. I arrived at 7:35am for an oil change appt. I had at 8am, I sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hours before my car was ready. The service dept. was not very busy, so, I could not understand why it took so long for an oil change. I have had good service here in the past; however, this was the worst. I will definitely go to Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, or Midas next time. More

Displeased I bought a vehicle from Trace within day 2 I had to have the muffler repaired and when doing so the mechanic showed me all the rust inside the fender I bought a vehicle from Trace within day 2 I had to have the muffler repaired and when doing so the mechanic showed me all the rust inside the fender well as asked if I was able to return the vehicle and if so, do it. I contacted the dealer the next day of business and they refused any solution to the problem. Never buy here the service and cars can not be trusted. More
