I had originally made an appointment to meet Tracey for a new car. Before I went, I had gone to a couple of dealers and was given discouraging news. Over 3 days Tracey did everything imaginable to get me a car including picking me up at my apartment with her own vehicle as the one I wanted to test drive was getting some last minute work done on it. Things could not have been smoother during the whole process. Than Kevin had some really good advice on my car and for my loan. Will go there again for future car needs. My parents, who live 3 states away, have even jokingly said they might buy a car there because of my experience. Will recommend dealership and Tracey personally to anyone needing a car. More

I worked with Tracey and Kevin and they were both PHENOMENAL. Not only that, but when I would call with questions and Tracey was with another customer, I KNEW I would get a personal call-back within PHENOMENAL. Tracey is awesome!! This is my second car purchase from Tracey. I told her that I would be back for all my cars from her. She is so friendly and helpful, I never had a car dealer like her in my life. This time Tracey helped me get a brand new 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. I emailed her on Friday after an extensive search for a Camaro, I told her I was coming to get the 2014. (The only one on the lot!) I have NEVER owned a brand new car!! Saturday morning I showed up and went straight to MY car!! Tracey went all out her way to make sure I drove it off the lot!!!! She worked with her manager and they managed to get my interest rate down to 4.9% from 18% on my current vehicle. Two years ago she got me in a 2008 Mazda CX-7 and she was so wonderful I had to come back, we kept in touch over the two years and when I told her I was ready for a new car, she was on it!! She was so warm and friendly and remembered everything about me. I was not a number to her, I really appreciate great customer service, even though she was busy with another customer, she still knew how to make me comfortable and welcome to Dave Gill. I would recommend the Dave Gill family to any and everyone looking for a car, they are the best!! More

Tracy made purchasing our Chevy Aveo a very pleasant experience. She spent an inordinate amount of time intervening with the sales manager to get me the price I paid for the vehicle, because of circums experience. She spent an inordinate amount of time intervening with the sales manager to get me the price I paid for the vehicle, because of circumstances that were beyond her control. The dealer had advertised some low priced Aveo's, and when I called about them I was told there were vehicles in stock. When I arrived 20 minutes later, There were none of the advertised vehicles available. Tracy went the extra mile to make certain that I was able to purchase a vehicle that was within my budget. I ended up with a nicely equipped Aveo at a very reasonable price. The service department was very responsive to any problems that I experienced, and I have recommended them to a number of other people, as I have Tracey Saura. If I were to return to this dealer for another car in the future, Tracey would be my sales person. I can't comment about the finance department because I paid cash for the Aveo. More
