My entire experience was very positive and uplifting. I felt from the very beginning that this team wanted to make me a part of the Chevy family. I was completely up front of my concerns and issues and Tr felt from the very beginning that this team wanted to make me a part of the Chevy family. I was completely up front of my concerns and issues and Tracy was the same with me. Even when i was ready to give up, they found a way to make it happen for me and within a week i walked out of their dealership with a 2011 Chevy Malibu. I have recommended several people to them and will continue to do so. More

Overall the best experience I have had buying a new car. I was greeted by Tracey as soon as I walked in the door. She showed me every car I was interested in and answered every question I had. She made me feel at ease and didn't pressure me at all...hard to find these days. I was offered test drives of each vehicle and was explained everything about each vehicle. I didn't feel as though I was "just another customer or sale." Tracey followed up with me and was available to speak to me at my convenience. Even after purchasing my vehicle, she has still remained in contact with me to ensure I was/am completely satisfied with the vehicle. Don Rioux in the Finance Department was fantastic as well. I had a lot of questions and he explained everything line by line and made sure he answered all my questions and that I fully understood everything. Both Tracey and Don are great assets to Dave Gill....I can't imagine having a better experience buying a new car. More

I took my car in for service and went to visit Tracey. She started talking to me about the new Chevy Cruze but after going to the lot and looking at them I decided I liked the Malibu much better. Tracey was very honest and explained how much better I would like the Malibu and she was correct. I have dealt with Tracey for my last 2-3 cars. She is always very friendly, professional and warm. She makes you feel so comfortable when dealing with her. She is a great asset to your dealership. Thanks Tracey for doing such a great job. I will always deal with Tracey when looking for a car. My wife and I would highly recommend Dave Gill Chevrolet to anyone interested in a Chevrolet. This is our 2nd purchase of a vehicle from Dave Gill. When you visit the dealership you feel like you have kn to anyone interested in a Chevrolet. This is our 2nd purchase of a vehicle from Dave Gill. When you visit the dealership you feel like you have known the dealership for a long, long time. The employees were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and were not aggressive or non-caring. The sales person we consulted with Mrs Tracey Laura was courteous, kind, friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortble. She had the KSA's (knowledge, skills and ability) to tell us all about the vehicle we were looking for. We tried two and settled on the Chevy Cruze. We knew it was the right car for us immediately. Mrs Laura than explained all the mechanical workings of the auto. We than went in and completed the deal. We than were given over to Mr. Don Rioux the finance manager, who really explained the sales contract. Than our new vehicle was filled with gas and Mrs Laura came out an explained the dash control panel and waited whle we were connected with On-Star and than my wife and I left happy with the new vehicle and the way Dave Gill and his employees treated us. It is too bad that not all business serve their customers like Dave Gill did. Keep up the customer first in your business and you will get and retain many customers. More

TRACEY WAS A GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH. I HAD BEEN OVER TO RICART LOOKING FOR A CAR AND THE DEALER I HAD JUST WASNT TRYING TO GET ME INTO ANYTHING HE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT MAKING A SALE. WHEN I MET TRAC TO RICART LOOKING FOR A CAR AND THE DEALER I HAD JUST WASNT TRYING TO GET ME INTO ANYTHING HE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT MAKING A SALE. WHEN I MET TRACEY OVER THE PHONE I WAS TRULY EXCITED ABOUT BUYING A VEHICLE. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SHE REALLY CARED ABOUT MAKING A SALE. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD, WHEN I CALLED HER TO TELL HER ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH MY VEHICLE, SHE SAID SHE WOULD CONTACT ME AND SHE NEVER DID, I HAD TO CONTACT THE SERVICE MANAGER..HE ALSO TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME. Walked into the dealership and Tracy Saura greeted my son and I immediately. We wanted to talk about our options of turning in my Soltice. I had received a letter in the mail saying they needed Soltice. My s and I immediately. We wanted to talk about our options of turning in my Soltice. I had received a letter in the mail saying they needed Soltice. My son came along to make sure no one strong-armed me. Tracie instantly said she had several options, so we sat down. She went over all the options, gave me the blue book value which was higher than my payoff, and met the $1000 which the advertisement said. Which we realized later, was not from Dave Gill but a competitor, she and the finance gentleman, and the closer never blinked about that, just honored the offer. I ended up using the extra money to put down on a brand new Camero and I love it. The process was completely smooth and the atmosphere extrememly friendly. Oh and my son, he ended up liking Tracy so much and the way she handled the entire sale, he is now planning on buying a Camero from her too! When I picked up the car, Tracy spent time with me in the car explaining how every thing worked, she setup my OnStar and synced my smartphone with the Camaro to provide hands-free talking. She was wonderful.....a great experience! More
