I came here because they advertised selling new vehicles with no MARKET ADJUSTMENT and it was the truth. Purchased several vehicles together for my business from Tracey who was such a pleasure to work with. The dealership itself works hard to make sure there customers are happy. Most dealers push you through the transaction but Dave Gill and Tracey let me purchase in my own time. I had looked at buying a 2500HD pick up and was scared I would buy the wrong truck. I went in and checked out the trucks but wanted time to lookup and research what I had found there. Normally the sales people would push you and want to feel like you're leaving the only vehicle in the world at that moment but I was encouraged and even helped by Tracey to take the time. Tracey followed up with me every couple of days and didn't press me or push. I even went to another dealer we will just call "Marky Marks Place" and was treated like crap and then threatened with a $5000 "Market Adjustment " if I didn't buy the truck the same day. I went back to Dave Gill about a week later and was treated like it was still my first time there and they were happy to see me again. Tracey asked me what she could do to help me with my decision and helped get me in the right vehicle. After getting the financing done with Lisa which was a breeze. Tracey walked me through the service department, Helped me setup my onstar, And explained all the features of the truck. The best part was the courtesy full tank of fuel (which with a 40 gallon diesel tank was a deal on its own) but that's there standard treatment for every vehicle. When I decided it was time for me to buy my first car we thought of Dave Gill and hoped that maybe Tracey was still working there and could help us once again. As it turns out she was working and she came right up to us and remembered the car my parents bought and reconnected. Then she helped me find the perfect car. I’m a very tall person and other dealers didn’t have patience and so forth to test cars out with me. I honestly feel as though Tracey would make it her mission to find a car GM or other brand that I would fit in and feel comfortable driving. Tracey is definitely a special dealer. She cares about the clients. She builds strong relationships and she’s one special dealer. You don’t often find someone as amazing and committed to you as Tracey is. I highly highly recommend her. There’s one word I can think of that describes Tracy, “AWESOME “. I had multiple phone calls and texts with Tracy (who always got back to me very quickly) to find out if she truly had the car I have been “AWESOME “. I had multiple phone calls and texts with Tracy (who always got back to me very quickly) to find out if she truly had the car I have been looking for for two months. So I got into my existing Chevy bolt and traveled 145 miles south to Dave Gill Chevrolet and was greeted with a big smile by Tracy ,even before I got in the door. This wonderful lady worked her butt off,( not really just a figure of speech ) to take care of us while we were in the process of buying a car. To my surprise she had already enrolled me with OnStar and applied with GM for a $500 veterans discount, and had signed me up with EVgo for $500 credit for a future charging. Oh by the way in case you’re wondering Tracy sold us a very beautiful 2023 Chevy bolt EUV and we love it. So if you plan to call or stop by Dave Gill Chevrolet, I highly recommend you ask for Tracy Saura. Not only is she a wonderful sales person, but she is a blast to talk to and very energetic. I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Gill Chevrolet and Tracey Saura. There are actually four or five Chevrolet dealerships closer to my house than Dave Gill, but I will gladly drive past the Chevrolet and Tracey Saura. There are actually four or five Chevrolet dealerships closer to my house than Dave Gill, but I will gladly drive past them to work with Tracey and the team here the next time I need a vehicle. Tracey was just wonderful to work with — she was authentic and straightforward, incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, attentive to my needs and genuinely interested in getting me in a new car. I never once felt pressured or like she was hiding something from me. Tracey is also clearly intelligent and knows exactly what she is talking about, which I appreciate. As a bonus, she is also really funny and easy to talk to. The entire team at Dave Gill was wonderful, including their finance manager (Lisa) who was super helpful and also easy to work with. I showed up at Dave Gill about an hour before they closed, thinking I was only going to start a conversation and MAYBE test drive a vehicle. I offered to leave and come back on Monday, and they would not have it. Several staff members were there an hour and a half past close so that I didn't have to make a second trip. Never once was I rushed, and Tracey was still so thorough with me. Their general manager even washed my new car while I was signing paperwork because the staff who normally wash the cars already left. Overall, I'm super impressed and can't recommend Dave Gill Chevrolet and specifically Tracey Saura enough. More
