Tracey Saura and her team members were so friendly, fair and gave me great direction on making my first car purchase. The best thing about the experience was that anytime I reached out to Tracey in the days leading up to purchasing my Jeep, I was responded to within a minute. The employees at Dave Gill appear to be sensitive to that fact and not take advantage of your misfortune. Tracie Sauer was so helpful and patient allowing me to investigate the truck inventory at Dave Gill after being out of the truck market for 13 years. She surgically targeted vehicles according to my preferences that encompassed the full spectrum of trucks and options. She applied no pressure, allowing me to freely walk away. I was so conflicted. So to avoid potential "Buyer's Remorse", she encouraged me to take home a candidate for the night. Upon my return the next day, Tracie had two proposals waiting for me as I walked through the door. Unfortunately, based upon my “take home” experience, I had an entirely new candidate in mind. Unphased, Tracie had secured a third proposal from Kevin Hampton (Sales Manager) and in 15 minutes the deal was done. I greatly appreciated Tracie and Kevin who worked with me to ensure I got the best deal possible in my situation. (It should be noted, the next day, Kevin took time out of his day to personally assist me in searching for my very expensive prescription sunglasses that fell behind the seat of a test truck. He was so tenacious, despite I had given up! Thanks again Kevin!!!!) I am completely satisfied and I will definitely shop at Dave Gill for my next vehicle. More

But I decided to dip my toe in the world of electric vehicle, and Dave Gill had just the car I wanted. I decided to go in for a test drive on Labor Day, and was met there by Tracey. She showed me the car, patiently answered my questions, and we took the Volt for a test drive. I fell in love with this car. Tracey and used-car manager Matt worked with me; while a deal wasn't reached that day, they were both very honest and forthcoming with me, which was a breath of fresh air for me. I left on good terms and Tracey and I continued to discuss the car via text. That Saturday I visited the dealership again; Matt and Tracey had worked some magic and a more-than-fair deal was reached. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed, and their constant honesty was appreciated. I'm very happy with the deal I got and I adore my car.
