Tracey was personable, knowledgeable, relatable, and she earned m The sales consultant I had the pleasure to work with, Tracey Saura, was truly great. Tracey was personable, knowledgeable, relatable, and she earned my trust. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and attentive, regardless of who you were working with. I was given the opportunity to take a Jeep home for the night to try it out, which really sealed the deal for me. I believe I got a fair price and outstanding service (they were happy to accommodate my requests for an oil change, wheel re-balancing, and procuring a second FOB key). Their finance person, Sylvia, was also wonderful to work with and got me a fantastic loan interest rate. Definitely recommend this dealership and Tracey, specifically. I look forward to returning to them in the future. Thank you! More
