Warranty repair, ZERO follow through, not any sort of communication and when I wrote a Google review someone replied from Swickard saying they'd contact me and I've not heard a peep in two weeks which communication and when I wrote a Google review someone replied from Swickard saying they'd contact me and I've not heard a peep in two weeks which is completely unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE, it was a nightmare of non-stop ineptitude. Even did Night Drop thinking that would help but I cannot recommend a business that operates like the least of their concerns is Customer Service. Horribly disappointing and even though I'm local I will drive across town so I never have to set foot at Swickard Honda again. Am considering a new car but with how poorly they handled this situation, I'll buy elsewhere. They said I needed a repair that was recently performed somewhere else, THAT is another reason to steer clear of this Service Department. More
