Misleading and frustrating experience. I told the dealership up front I was only interested in a Long Range Tesla Model Y and that my budget was $25K–$26K with a trade-in. They gave me a reasonable trade-in offer but never moved on the car’s $29K price, despite saying they’d try to work with my budget. They had me run a credit check anyway, which felt unnecessary given they weren’t flexible. Worst of all, I later found out the car wasn’t even the Long Range model, despite being told and shown that it was. I was transparent throughout, they weren’t. If you shop here, triple-check everything. I wouldn’t buy from them again. More
