My scheduled service appointment was for an A12 service. Only had oil change which took longer because of a back up. Only oil change done. Olivia Rozema at the service desk took excellent care of me and my car. My appointment made through the 800 number got screwed up, but Olivia and her supervisor sorted it out quickly. My shuttle driver turned out to be the customer service manager (I could be remembering his title incorrectly), Craig York. Had a nice chat with him on the drive home about Honda and his many years of experience working in a competitors dealership. He spoke very highly of Swickard. All the of the people I worked with were extremely positive and the type of people it just feels good to be around. I could not possibly recommend this dealership any higher, my experience was 10/10. More
