I was in two weeks ago for oil change and tire rotation. Brake assessment at that time said rear brakes were "yellow". As I'm leaving on a long road trip with the Jeep, I made a service appointment for rear Brake assessment at that time said rear brakes were "yellow". As I'm leaving on a long road trip with the Jeep, I made a service appointment for rear brake pad replacement and explained that I was in two weeks prior, "yellow" brakes, etc. They called and said I didn't need brake pads, that noise was due to trim in the rear wheel wells - I confirmed it was non critical, not causing damage, declined trim replacement. I agreed to replacement of lug studs. But was charged $100 for brake diagnosis, which I did not need - rear brakes are yellow now, just like they were 2 weeks ago. I won't be back for service or to purchase my next Jeep. More

Came in for oil change and got in and out fast. I think car was washed,too Asked to have inside windshield washed, but that didn't happen.
