Had rear brakes replaced prior to trip from Wisconsin to Texas. When I arrived in Texas and hooked up to my camper, I discovered my parking brake was not connected. I called the dealership and asked what co Texas. When I arrived in Texas and hooked up to my camper, I discovered my parking brake was not connected. I called the dealership and asked what could be done as I won't return for five months. While they will reimburse me for the repair (with the caveat that it's due to an incomplete brake job - what else would it be given that the parking brake was fine prior to the brake job), there was no offer to help me find a dealership in Texas and/or to coordinate service. Very disappointed and questioning whether I will continue my 5+ year relationship with the dealer. Customer service fail. More
