Disappointed Several things made this a bad visit. 1st I requested Synthetic and was charged for regular oil. I was told that it was a billing mistake and synthetic was actually used, but the change sticker is set for 3000 so I am skeptical. 2nd Upon leaving the dealership I heard something unusual a banging or clanging under the hood. When I pulled over and took a look the dipstick was 3/4 of the way out of the engine. Very disappointing. More
