Mr. Eagan, I’m sorry we could not meet your expectations. We strive to do our best, and in this case, didn’t meet your level of excellence. It should be noted that we purchase and painted three different bumpers, all to your dissatisfaction. We had our work reviewed by independent insurance estimators who all felt the work was satisfactory. We will work to get better.
