Tracy was awesome to work with. I found the car I wanted online and contacted Tracy. After filling out the online application he took it from there. In just a short time he called to tell me I qualified on online and contacted Tracy. After filling out the online application he took it from there. In just a short time he called to tell me I qualified on my own, no husband needed on the application. At the end of the day I asked my husband to drop me off so I could finish the paperwork. Tracy had offered me to leave my current car util I could pick it up later. Tracy was a good listener, patient and took the time to be sure I understood everything. I walked away with a car that I did not have to pay an extra 3,000 for the color I wanted, nor a car that I would have to settle for. The best part of my experience at Luther was that I purchased the exact car I wanted and I paid less!! Have already been recommending Luther to my friends and will continue to do so.
