Gave him our names and contact numbers and said we would be back when we were ready to buy. Even though he had the means to contact us, he never called or pressured us to come back. We did save his card and went directly to him when we were ready. After test driving and making all the decisions (which actually took a few days) we bought a Ford Fusion Titanium. It was not easy making up our minds about what features we wanted, or needed and Andy was so patient and good natured as he worked to find exactly we wanted/needed. We are more than satisfied. By the way, everybody in the dealership seemed upbeat, and especially friendly. They all looked like they enjoy working at Hudson Ford. More

He stressed if we have any questions to come back to the dealership right away and they would answer and show us what needed to be done (especially with the My Touch electronics). More

I told him I needed a little time to think it over and called back in a couple of hours with a yes. He had the car ready for me the next day. Levi took my credit app over the phone and I was good to go. (a minor glitch through Ford Credit, but Levi kept me updated) Everything went through and I was on my way home with my new Escape in short order. More

My purchase experience at the Hudson Ford dealership was home town friendly and pleasant which can at times be a difficult statement to make when purchasing a vehicle. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Levi was very helpful and accommodating with the financing. Joe Neinas rocked as my sales rep. He went way beyond my expectations in giving information, comparisons and options on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. No high pressure sales tactics, just the facts and friendly service.
