My boyfriend and I went to Hayes in Gainesville and Tracy came out and greeted us. I told her what i was looking for and the price range and she showed me only cars that fit that criteria. We spent at least 2 hours there with her looking around and test driving. The time we spent talking to her was so pleasent. She was very helpful and very nice and not pushy. It felt like we knew Tracy for years. They had a lot of nice cars on the lot. The office was nice and clean and the other employees there were very nice. Once I fell in love with the 2015 Dodge Dart i was done. Tracy rushed around to get my new car detailed and put gas in it for me while John wrapped up the sale and had me do paperwork. John was able to get me a loan with a different lender which worked in my favor because my monthly payments were almost $100 less a month than i had planned for! Thank you John for that. After i was done with paperwork Tracy walked me to my new car and walked me through some stuff. She even offered to set up my bluetooth and answer any questions i had. She took a picture of me in front of my new car and text it to me. What blew my mind was that she isnt usually the one who comes out and helps the customers. she does more of the online stuff, maybe thats why she wasnt so pushy and very easy to talk to. Overall my experience was amazing! If i ever buy a car again I will be coming back and dealing with Tracy. More

Willing to listen - customer first I have purchased before with Hayes and been happy. I decided to try a dealership in Dawsonville that sold Chevrolets. I was interested in a diesel tru I have purchased before with Hayes and been happy. I decided to try a dealership in Dawsonville that sold Chevrolets. I was interested in a diesel truck, so tried to get the dealer a locally owned business to work on a trade in. Numbers were way off and I was pretty frustrated. My contact, sales representative from Hayes called me same week. Tracy always keeps in touch, and never nags or bugs me unless I ask. She is the best salesperson I have ever had to deal with. She had a truck that she wanted me to look at, I was not at this point really wanting one after dealing with Dawsonville Dealership. Long story short, it was the perfect vehicle, and the price was the perfect price point. I was given a great deal on my trade in, and the deal was so easily worked up, completed and I was treated so well - I was amazed. I typically dislike buying cars, but Hayes makes it easy, and they put you first without a lot of hassle. I didn't have to see sales manager. I didn't have to go back and forth with prices, I didn't have to hear well let us look at what else we can do to make it work line. The deal was perfect, the only person I needed to deal with was finance and Tracy. No stress, no pressure and easy in and out. The new finance technology was really cool. I am amazed and will continue to refer and use Hayes. More

Excellent Experience - Thanks to Tracy Bryan! We have searched for the perfect vehicle. We visited many dealerships and conducted online research - which took us 2 hours from our home to Hayes Do We have searched for the perfect vehicle. We visited many dealerships and conducted online research - which took us 2 hours from our home to Hayes Dodge. There we were greeted by Tracy Bryan. She was extremely helpful and completely focused on ensuring we got the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed. Not AT ALL the experience I normally have with car salespersons. We left Hayes to go to another dealership as they had a similar vehicle at what appeared to be a lower price. I knew within 5 minutes of entering the lot that we had made a mistake. The salesman wouldn't directly answer my questions regarding price and then brought his manager in - who was even more evasive. The manager insisted we take a test drive and demonstration of features before they gave us a price. When I refused and pushed for a price, they provided one "IF we qualified for all the rebates and offers." Thankfully, I had done my research and asked if the rebates included those for military personnel and bad credit - as I knew we wouldn't get either. Ends up that the "cheaper" price wasn't that at all! As the manager and salesman kept trying to persuade us to take a test drive, I knew it was time to head back to Tracy at Hayes. We texted her to say we were coming back. She drove an hour to bring the car we wanted, that was on another Hayes lot, to the Gainesville lot. She was incredibly helpful and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Best car buying experience ever - thanks to Tracy Bryan! More

She found the perfect car at a great price. The whole process was fast and easy. We considered a warranty but thought it would be too costly.
