Awesome Experience I’ve bought plenty of cars in my life but I have never experienced service so superior from a sales man in that time. Harvey sold me a 2019 Toyota Tun I’ve bought plenty of cars in my life but I have never experienced service so superior from a sales man in that time. Harvey sold me a 2019 Toyota Tundra. It took me 10 months to actual purchase the truck because I wanted to be sure, but during that waiting period Harvey never pressered me into speeding up the process to purchase. It was on my time. I am very pleased with my purchase & if I could rate this experience it would be a 10+. His level of service went above & over the selling of the vehicle. After my purchase he continued to answer any @ all my question regarding accessories for my truck. More

Client-oriented, upfront, and positive experience We contacted the dealership to check if the car we were interested in was available. Michael Quijano confirmed it was available and had it pulled up r We contacted the dealership to check if the car we were interested in was available. Michael Quijano confirmed it was available and had it pulled up ready to take a test drive as soon as we arrived as we were coming in an hour away. Mike was knowledgable on the 4Runner and answered our the questions he knew and consulted on the questions he did not know. He was friendly and talkative. He was able to get us a good price on the car and worked with us on the deal. He was straightforward and helpful. We knew what we wanted so that made it easier. We found the perfect car for a great price here at Longo. The entire process took about 5 hours from the time we arrived to the dealership and the time we left. However, that included off-topic conversations. The paperwork seemed to take a while but Michael explained that it was important for all the information correct. Afterwards, we paid out the car with Tracye. She was prompt and did not push any extraneous packages. A day after we purchased the car, Mike called us to check in with how the car is going and if we experienced any problems. Overall, we had a positive experience with the Longo Prosper dealership and would recommend to anyone within the area. More
