I brought my BMW2014,Diesel, after it would not pass emission test, sometime in January 2024. You charged me close to 5 thousand dollars and replaced two fuel injectors, and many other things. Still th emission test, sometime in January 2024. You charged me close to 5 thousand dollars and replaced two fuel injectors, and many other things. Still the local garage, even after I had driven more than 1000 miles, computer would say not ready. At this point you changed the other two injectors. Again the garage would not pass the road test, again the computer saying not ready. I left the vehicle with you again for 7 days, and you messaged me vehicle was ready for pick up, and everything was ok. You charged me for the road sticker. When I came home, I realized that you had not changed the sticker, it still says, R. I feel at this point I will contact BMW USA, they can review the management by your dealership, and advice what I should do. Thank you. More

The BMW of Sudbury offered top level Service from start to finish, Travis the Service advisor was very helpful and made sure my visit to BMW of Sudbury was an excellent one. I went in for an oil change and for them to check the car over. My experience was great. The dealership is very clean and the staff is very professional. I was there for about 2 hours, but it was because the over. My experience was great. The dealership is very clean and the staff is very professional. I was there for about 2 hours, but it was because they had to check some other parts of the car. They have a nice section to jump on your laptop and work from there however so that made it easy. More

I brought the car in for a service and requested a mini detail Travis asked if I was waiting for the car or coming back. He gave me a time frame for everything so I could make up my mind. I needed the battery in my fob replaced and since I was driving by the dealership I decided to stop in and get one from the service department. After popping it open the service guy "informed" me that unf driving by the dealership I decided to stop in and get one from the service department. After popping it open the service guy "informed" me that unfortunately this was not a typical battery and he could switch it out for $20....I own being an idiot and saying yes... so in 10 seconds I had a new battery and I was out $20.. Well the other day the battery the 2nd for needed replacement and I decided to price it out on Amazon... wasn't I surprised when I learned I could get 5 batteries for $6.95! Same battery .. works perfectly.. SO NOT HAPPY...If this dealership rips you off for a $1.00 battery, I can't even imagine how they would rip you off for a pricey repair. No problem going somewhere else.... Lesson learned... enough said! More
