Girsh was very helpful and kind. This was my first time buying a used vehicle, and he did whatever he could to make me comfortable with the process. It wasn't a big sale for him, but he still treated me we buying a used vehicle, and he did whatever he could to make me comfortable with the process. It wasn't a big sale for him, but he still treated me well and spent a good amount of time working with me. All of their staff, from Tara Lee Mullins to our favorite salesman, Sam Spencer, are exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. They make shopping, negotiating and closing on a new Subaru a pleasant experience, when some other dealers make the customer seem like an inconvenience. Some dealers and car companies tout customer service, World Subaru embodies it in every aspect of the car buying experience. More

My 5 star rating to the dealership doesn't include the finance dept. Travis was very friendly and helpful in the whole process of my purchase, I would def recommend him. Nicole was also very nice showing finance dept. Travis was very friendly and helpful in the whole process of my purchase, I would def recommend him. Nicole was also very nice showing me the functions of the car. Michael from the finance department tried to sell me the extended warranty , and after I denied it, he was very rude and was not willing to answer my questions to the paperwork with more than 3 words. World Subaru has a great selection of cars! Travis compared models for us and guided us to our gorgeous Outback Touring car. He worked with us on price and our financing was 0%!
