The financial manger Frankie took his time explaining all the papers we had to sign. When we picked up the car the next day Nicole patiently explained all the safety features. We loved the entire experience and we love the car. You are very lucky to have such wonderful people working for you. We will certainly recommend our friends to visit your showroom. More

First Time Suburu /Great Experience This was my first experience with a Suburu. I checked several area dealers on Memorial Day Weekend for a Subaru Forester as well as some other brand This was my first experience with a Suburu. I checked several area dealers on Memorial Day Weekend for a Subaru Forester as well as some other brands. I came back to World Subaru because they had the best deal as well as an excellent record for service. No sales pressure. Travis is a new salesperson and did an excellent job along with Shane, the Sales Manager. I even left a phone message for Shane with some questions and he was able to return the call. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole, the Delivery Specialist, explained all the features in the vehicle. Awesome job by all. Thank you. More

He was very concerned that we were completely satisfied with the car and especially the price. He gave us true and honest opinions during the process and we never felt pressured. We truly felt that he went the extra mile to makes us happy. We are also thrilled that we were his first sale at World Subaru! Best wishes to him. Daniella Brisindi was very helpful in reviewing the systems in the car and was also concerned that we were completely satisfied and that we left the dealership with an understanding of the computer systems. Both of them are truly assets to this dealership. Shane Henderson assured us that we would get a great deal to make Travis's first sale happen. Thank you to all!! More
