Mrs. Natalie was amiable, kind, and professional assistance over the phone. She provided all the needed information in detail, and honestly, I noticed her sincerity when answering my questions. Mr. Travis was an excellent representative and assisted me with all the process since the beginning. He was very polite and friendly, explained I detail all the information regarding the vehicles I wanted to see. He was so patient and did not rush me to make a precipitated decision on buying a car. He went over the alternatives and the options that better fit my personal goals. Mr. Bruce was an excellent representative.
