We purchased a used car from the dealership and had it shipped to us in Missouri. We called the dealership on numerous occassions to speak with the manager and staff stating we wanted to return the car. We could not register it without substantial repairs in our state. After leaving messages for Matt Bishop for 3 days we called again and Nick answered. He said he was also a manager. I said we needed to return this car ASAP and please have Matt Bishop call us. I hung up the phone and NICK called me right back. He said DO NOT CALL OUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN! NO ONE WILL BE RETURNING YOUR CALLS! THIS IS NOT WALMART WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS and then laughed. It wasnt until Greenway realized the payment had not yet cleared the bank did we recieve a call back! Seems like you would have known that Nick before you spoke to us the way you did being a manager and all. LOL after days and multiple phone calls, Matt Bishop called and we were given an apology and a 2K discount off the original sales price. Why NICK is still employed and able to deal with the public is beyond belief. What a joke. It is our sincere belief, had they received full payment no one would have called us back or listened to our concerns at all. DO NOT PURCHASE AT ALL FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. You will be lied to, treated poorly and ignored with Nick leading the pack on the most offensive of all. More

We literally had one of the easiest purchases to complete. Found the car (Saleen Mustang) online and paid cash. Simple right? NOPE not with Greenway. All paperwork was overnighted to wrong addres complete. Found the car (Saleen Mustang) online and paid cash. Simple right? NOPE not with Greenway. All paperwork was overnighted to wrong address then the salesperson lied about it. We told Travis you have to be our eyes and ears on this because we are not local to test drive it. He told us he had personally driven this vehicle and mechanically the car was great. He said there were small imperfections on the vehicle due to age but again runs perfect. (mileage was only in the 40's) We arranged and paid for the shipping. On arrival to Missouri, car immediately fails safety and emission inspections! Arrived with no paperwork, gas cap or trunk keys. Exhaust was not even hooked up! Estimate to repair $1,299.99. Tires were all dry rotted, gas gauge works intermittently, louvers flew right off vehicle while driving. (They had been 2 way taped on!) Rims and tires had been spray painted black, Entire windshield had full illegal tint, Trunk does not open at all, had to have ball joint replaced. Stopped returning our calls when we asked for money back. This was a 17K car, not some 5K wholesale vehicle. This car was the worst vehicle we have ever purchased. Travis lies to his customers then stops returning calls. We ended up settling on 2K off the original price with sales manager but this car should have never been sold to the public period! DO NOT TRUST! The only reason we got the 2K off after purchase or got a call back was when they realized our payment to them had not cleared the bank yet or they never would have spoken to us again at all. More

He was very rude to me and lied about a car being available when I called to purchase it cash after seeing the vehicle online and receiving mu place. 1 minute ago Read through the reviews and it wasn't looking great. Had been looking at a specific used car and reached out to multiple dealers in the area who had one. Only dealer/person that responded looking great. Had been looking at a specific used car and reached out to multiple dealers in the area who had one. Only dealer/person that responded in a professional manner was Travis at Greenway dodge. They also had the best price on this specific car. Set up a time to meet and was running late, no worries, Travis was ready when I got there with the car. Easy test drive. Allowed me to take it to an independent mechanic when other dealers in the area tried to tell me no due to "insurance" reasons. Sure when we started talking price they came at me with some add ons as I have experienced every dealership does. Worked on it for less than 20 minutes with Travis and settled on a deal that I felt was fair for both parties. When was the last time you spent only 20 minutes in a major car dealership working on a car deal? I know the routine and I come with a packed lunch and extra food it usually takes so long. Nope. Nice and easy. Over the past 20 years I was typically trading in a lease every 3 years with work and went through tacomas and Silverados. In 20+ years of buying and leasing cars Travis makes the top 2 of sales guys I've worked with. Want to work with someone who is professional, go talk to Travis at Greenway dodge. More

I went in 11-11-2023 to purchase a truck that I saw online for $41k. After test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase the vehicle. I showed the salesman(Travis)that I was already pre-approved thr online for $41k. After test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase the vehicle. I showed the salesman(Travis)that I was already pre-approved through my credit Union. He also took a picture of the pre-approval with his cell and gave it to the finance guy. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting to see the finance guy Brooks Grice I received an alert on my phone that my credit was checked. When I went in to see Mr. Grice he added $10k to the base price of the vehicle. During a phone conversation with him I asked why GW advertised the $41k but YOU tried selling it for $51k? He actually stated that $41k price is to get people to come to the dealership. I had already canceled the deal on the 13th. But the salesman via text messages tried to intimidate me into coming in an pick up the vehicle. But my entire experience was terrible, never met a finance guy that did what this guy did.
