Our first Explorer was purchased at the end of May. Less than 3 weeks later, I was involved in a wreck and it was totaled. When we called Kim to tell her what happened, she was more concerned with our well being. Then she worked diligently to find us another Explorer with more options while staying within our budget. She cares about her customers and sincerely wants to help. I usually dread purchasing a new vehicle, so much so, that I drove my last car 14 years. Kim and Travis make the process easy and painless. Kim came out and we hit it off, right off the bat. I told her we were there looking for a vehicle under $10,000 for our daughter's first car. She got us a list and showed us several cars. Within 5 minutes of being there my husband said " I don't care what it is, we are buying a car from this lady today!" We test drove 3 and settled on a 2011 Ford Escape. She didn't try to pressure us into something more expensive and was understanding about what we were looking for.She is AWESOME!! The whole car buying experience was AWESOME. We were in and out in a couple hours. They washed and filled up the car and away we went. Next vehicle purchase is going to be with Kim at Greene Ford!!! More
