I just recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack from Miller Motor Sales, and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I was searching for months and dealt with so many shady and unprofessional from Miller Motor Sales, and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I was searching for months and dealt with so many shady and unprofessional dealerships but my experience with Miller motors sales was a breath of fresh air. Colin my salesman listened to all my expectations and was a great help through the entire process and most importantly to me he was not pushy or rude during negotiations. Travis the sales manager was also awesome on working with me to get a great price for the vehicle and was straightforward about everything. Brandon in finance was also great to work with and helped me get a rate I wanted at the term I was looking to get. I could go on and on about my experience at Miller motors but one other thing that really stood out to me is the price of the vehicle online is what they sold it to me for, there was no hidden fees that were added in when we got to talking numbers. I would recommend this dealership a 1000 times over. More

It was a good buying experience. However, I should have looked at the cleanliness of the vehicle before I left. The mats were filthy. I replaced them. Jay quickly provided a fair trade-in value for my car and ensured the process was swift and smooth. Before we left, he took the time to demonstrate all the car's features and answer our questions. I built a new Jeep Wrangler in March of 2024 and I can honestly say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had to date! Definitely always going to look to Miller Motors in the future. It was a very pressure free experience, and every step of the way was made easy, from picking the vehicle, to customizing options and then financing. I worked with a great team of people. I’d like to specifically shout out my sales rep Dominic Hess. His communication and willingness to go above and beyond were first rate! That makes a big difference to feel comfortable and be aware of what’s going on throughout the process, especially in my situation where I was building a vehicle. The sales manager (Travis Harder) at Miller Motors was also just a pleasure to work with as I had several opportunities to talk with him. I have nothing but positives to say. Miller Motors is highly recommended by me. More

Visited Miller Motors because of past positive experiences (both Sales and Service) with them. We went in to explore options to sell outright or trade our current vehicle. George Penzel, Manager, experiences (both Sales and Service) with them. We went in to explore options to sell outright or trade our current vehicle. George Penzel, Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining our options in either case. Once we had made our decision, we asked to see a new 2024 Expedition Limited on the lot and Jay Passey, Salesman, helped us check out, test drive, and review features of the vehicle. Jay was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to cover all the features of the specific vehicle, answering any and all questions. Once we made the decision to purchase, we worked with Jay to finalize purchase price and complete the purchase application and worked with Bob Heiser (in Finance) to complete the financing paperwork. As we had not originally planned to purchase on Day One, we arranged to bring in our trade, additional down payment, and pick up the vehicle in two days time. Jay committed to our appointment to deliver our new vehicle and we completed the deal and took deliver as scheduled. Once again, Jay was extremely helpful in reviewing all of the vehicles features, helped us pre-load our phones, and patiently answered a few additional questions we had. New Vehicle Manger, Travis Harder was also helpful in ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchase. All in all, it was a great experience. We absolutely intend to continue our relationship with Miller Motors and their great staff. One more nice touch: Chris Miller, the owner of the dealership also took the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes. More

Great experience of a no pressure sales team. Undecided of a decision we were ready to leave. He mentioned giving us a call a few days later to see if we had any other questions. After a few days we did hear back and at the time decided not to pursue. After a week we went back and tried out another vehicle and went through options and still no pressure to buy. More
