Todd was great! He made the car buying process smooth. He showed me stuff about the car and helped me get stuff set up with mychevy rewards, Onstar, etc. Travis was great too. The dealership has been a great place for many years. The sales people are helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer comfortable through the sales process without applying pressure. While the sales manager wasn't able to help, I received a call from another manager Matt Ringlien and he responded very quickly to take care of the problem. Because of the dealership's willingness to make my experience gratifying and their ability to step up and help, it convinced me the dealership is still a great place to go to for sales and service.
