From the beginning, Travis made us feel and know that we were in the right hands. His professional yet personal way of dealing with my wife and me cannot be reduced to mere words. We felt cared for and treated in ways that one might expect a younger family member might treat a couple of old people like us should be treated, Our finance person was John Barber, and he also treated us with great dignity and respect. I had no doubts that John also had our best interests at heart when it came to the hard questions of money. Thank you, John We also had to deal with the service department briefly, to remove a small part from our trade in, that we wanted returned to us. John Higgins made that process go smoothly and easily. Thank you for taking care of that in such a professional manner, John. We never allow anyone to service or touch our cars except Mohawk Honda. We travel to Florida a lot and yet make certain that scheduled service only occurs when we are in the Schenectady/Scotia area.
