This is my 4th vehicle with Travis and I still haven't test driven a single one. That's trust! It was also my 1st experience with a delivery specialist and I must say... Izaak was phenomenal! His knowledge and patience was exactly what I needed. I learned more in 10 minutes then I have the last 4 years with my prior vans 😊 and huge Bonus he was good with my kids and offered to help me carry/bring them back into the building. As a mom of 3 having someone offer to help with your kids during this process is a huge plus! If you haven't experienceed a family environment when buying a car, you aren't shopping in the right place. All of my kids were occupied and acknowledgeed in ways that suited them by all levels of staff. They will have my business forever! More

He asks how your vehicle is running and if you have your eye on a another vehicle New,used or lease. Now that I been a customer for several years and Mohawk took a chance with me I'm now a Super prefer customer, When I come in and Travis is there he makes it so easy to transition to my next vehicle. It feels like all I had to do was tell him I want this vehicle and then next day I come in to pick it up.
