My car was brought in for an oil and air & cabin filter change. I had no problem with the customer service staff. Both people that I worked with did a good job. However my experience with work done was poo change. I had no problem with the customer service staff. Both people that I worked with did a good job. However my experience with work done was poor. Being a car guy I checked over the work when I got home. First, I found a screw on the floor under the glove box that was dropped when changing the cabin filter; which could possibly have cause a rattle latter. Second, I checked the oil and the dip stick was down about half. Third, the check list showed that tire pressures were checked and set at the recommended levels, but they are actually at varying levels below recommended. Lastly, the mileage numbers were transposed so that the recorded next oil change is at 10,000 miles instead of 5,000. If I were Average Joe and not followed up, each of these could have caused a headache down the road. I brought the oil level and missing screw to the service rep's attention and both were taken care of immediately. The rest I resolved myself. Thank you. More

Good service from this dealership, dropped my Explorer off for an oil change and service, got that done and when I picked it up they had performed a recall that I knew about but didn't think they would ha off for an oil change and service, got that done and when I picked it up they had performed a recall that I knew about but didn't think they would have time to get it done during my visit. Very happy that's done without even having to say anything!! More

My 3 year lease was up in August-2021, I wanted to stay in the Ford Explorer, Limited line of vehicle but couldn't find anything in the area. Garrison and Tom worked a vehicle trade with a shop in Chicago and got me the vehicle I've been looking for in just a couple of weeks after first setting foot in the showroom on Grandstaff. I'm really happy because it's convenient for me to bring my vehicle in for servicing because I live in Auburn. Garrison and Tom made it happen and I'm a satisfied customer!! Thanks guys, well done!! More
