Toyota’s service department sold me in the location and Sunny just made the entire Toyota experience one to always be my first choice for buying and service. The entire process was quick and easy. Bro bc a disabled veteran sometimes car buying can be challenging with my special needs. Sunny met and exceeded on all point. The sales magnet was easy to work with and allowed me to negotiate without shame. Thee entire process was seamless and easy. Every staff member was kind, courteous and conscientious of my special needs. This Altus location is head and shoulders above their competition and deserves the four star rating!
