Treats them as possible buyers and when he tells you, "You can call me anytime" he means it. My family and I just bought a truck and he was so quick at finishing the buying process I didn't have to miss work. To conclude he puts us in vehicles we like and hopefully he's around for a very long time. More

Ryan Torres was very personable and knowledgeable. He assisted us with our trade in and the purchase of two vehicles. We enjoyed working with him. We did have a problem with the price of the used vehicle we traded for. The first day with looked at it Ryan said it was a little over $28,000. But the next day we looked and decided to purchase he said he did not know the price, but we expected to get the $28,000 price but finance had set the price at over $29,000. Gary went so fast getting our signatures he did not review the sales sheet. We should have asked but he was going so fast we signed and left. Then we realized that the price was $1,000 more than expected. We got finance services from Toyota at 4.75 interest rate with the Hylander. But without Gary reviewing the finance sheet we ended up with financing with another company Wells Fargo with the interest rate of 7.14. Had Gary reviewed the sales sheet and explained that to us, we would have never agreed with that interest rate. That is extremely high, and we would have never made the trade. But as it is we signed everything and brought the used Rav-4 home. We like it but now we are having to try to find someone else to finance it at a lower rate. Gary needs to slow down and explain all the paperwork to the customer rather than trying to go so fast that we were stunned afterwards. Also, when a price is quoted, that is the price that should have been given to us. We like the car, will keep it and get it paid off as soon as possible. We were satisfied with Ryan Torres, but not with the higher price than quoted and the lack of customer service by Gary. More
