I shared my story with him and he invited me out on the same day to come out and that he assure me we could find a solution. Upon arrival we met and spent time with Karl, Tre, Dylan and Eric before we were driving away in a new Kia Soul. It was the easiest, non stressful, professional and incredible customer service experience I have ever had while purchasing a car.
