Excellent Service I had purchased a 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid in October 2018 from Mike Murphy Kia (through some guys they brought over from Alabama for a sales event). I I had purchased a 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid in October 2018 from Mike Murphy Kia (through some guys they brought over from Alabama for a sales event). I liked the Hybrid and the finance guy (Dallas) told me that they could get my payments down to $306.00 per month (almost $100.00 off per month of what I was paying for my 2013 Kia Optima). I thought that would be good since the 2013 Kia Optimas had so many recalls... So we made a deal - Kia would help me make the first 6 months payments (of $750.00 per month) and then after that, they would re-work it so my payments would be where I wanted them. After making the 6th payment, I became contacting Mr. Dallas to let him know to begin the paperwork... After a month of trying to contact him - with no response, my husband suggested I contact Mike Murphy himself, which I did. Mr. Murphy, Sr. immediately called me back and told me to get to the dealership. He was going to make it right. And he did! I really loved dealing with him, Jr. and Kenny Brown. They went over and above to make the deal right! This is my 5th Kia we have bought from them and definitely will not be my last. I would recommend these guys to everyone! She told us that her experience was very good there, so since we were looking to replace the Kia we had with a newer model, we went to Mike Murphy Kia in Brunswick. From the moment we made contact with Mr. Kato, our salesman, we were not only provided with top service and courtesy, but complete knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. Once our choice was made, Mr. Thomas and his finance team put together a no hassle deal with our trade and and before long we were leaving the dealership in brand new vehicle that we were completely satisfied with. During the process, Both Mr. Murphys, (Sr. and Jr. ) stopped by to introduce themselves and let us know that we were in good hands. The entire staff that we came in contact with treated my wife and I respectfully. I WILL be returning to this dealership when its time to upgrade my wife's Kia next year.
